A Note on the Elan Material ... Copyright, Access, and Integrity
At Elan Interactions, directed by the channeler Andrew, we have made a conscious and heartfelt choice to offer the vast majority of Elan's material freely and without cost. It is our deep belief that this material is a gift, and we do not wish financial barriers to stand between anyone and what Elan has to offer. This is what sets us apart, and it is a reflection of the values that guide everything we do.
At the same time, there are aspects of this work that require resources to sustain ... including the Elan books and ElanGEM, our AI-powered interactive application ... and these are available at a cost that reflects both what it takes to produce them, compensating us for our time, and what it takes to continue offering everything else for free.
All Elan material ... including recordings, transcripts, written works, and all content appearing across our websites, platforms, and applications ... is copyrighted by Andrew, with all rights reserved.
This includes material that has not yet been formally published. Copyright notices appear across our websites and YouTube channel, and formal registration through the US Library of Congress is ongoing.
A Word on ElanGEM
ElanGEM is the result of many years of Andrew's extraordinarily unique and intimate relationship with Elan ... a relationship no one else shares or can replicate. It draws on a significant body of unreleased material from private sessions and other sources unavailable to anyone outside of that relationship. Its architecture and guiding instructions have been painstakingly developed to ensure that Elan's voice, wit, wisdom, and energy are expressed authentically, without the hallucination or drift that AI systems are prone to. Andrew is the only person in a position to do this work with integrity. This is a statement of responsibility, one he takes seriously and that Elan's material deserves.
On the use of Elan material by Others
We are sometimes approached by individuals wishing to incorporate Elan's material into their own projects, applications, or platforms. We want to be clear and kind about this: we do not authorize third-party use of any Elan material, in any form, for any purpose ... including transcription, reproduction, incorporation into AI tools, or redistribution, whether commercial or otherwise.
We also want to address a point that is widely misunderstood: purchasing a recording or any other copy of Elan material does not confer the right to reproduce, transcribe, or incorporate that content into other works or applications. Ownership of a copy is not ownership of the material itself.
On Elan's Material and its Place among other Channeled Works
We hold great respect for the many other bodies of channeled material that exist in the world, each with its own value and its own audience. Elan's material has a very distinct character, and it is important to us that it remain its own body of work ... seen clearly for exactly what it is, and never bundled or conflated with other material. When teachings from different sources are merged, even with the best of intentions, the result can be an unintentional distillation in which ideas blur, misattribution occurs, and what is most specific and most powerful about each voice is lost. That is not something we are willing to risk with Elan's work.
Presently, we are not seeking outside collaboration or partnership in any area of this work. That is simply not the direction we are called to move in.
We share all of this because integrity ... to the material, to you, and to Elan ... asks it of us. We trust you will understand, and we are grateful for your respect of these boundaries. It is precisely because of this framework that we are able to invite such open and generous sharing of everything else ... and we do so wholeheartedly.
On the Spirit of Sharing
Elan's material is here to reach as many people as possible, and we deeply encourage your participation in that mission through sharing our videos, posts, quotes, and artwork from our YouTube channel, Instagram, and website.
You are welcome to share our YouTube channel (youtube.com/@elaninteractions) and Instagram (instagram.com/elaninteractions) freely. When sharing quotes, please post them verbatim, include the name of the session they are from, and attribute them to Elan "as channeled by Andrew" ... no last name ... so that the source remains clear. This applies equally to the Bashar and Bashar/Elan sessions as channeled by Andrew.
We ask only that shared material remains free of charge, presented in its original context, and offered in the spirit in which it was given ... with unconditional love, full validation, and without judgment. Please follow Elan's own simple guidelines: remain integrative, non-judgmental, unconditionally loving, and treat everything and everyone as an equal. Please do not post clips from our videos on monetized YouTube channels.
When sharing, please include links back to elaninteractions.com and youtube.com/@elaninteractions so that anyone who feels drawn to the material can find their way to the full body of work. Longer quotes and video excerpts are welcome, provided the guidelines above are honored and links are included.
We understand the tremendous value of information that moves freely through the world, and we are deeply grateful for the enthusiasm and love of our community. We validate all other approaches to sharing and financial decisions ... everyone has the right to conduct their own path in the way that feels right to them. This is simply our way, born of our own feeling and desire to remove every possible barrier between Elan's material and the people it is here to serve.
